What is
the Congregational Leadership Northwest about? Who is involved?
What is our focus?
Revitalizing the church
and congregations is our dream and purpose. We care
about congregations. We care about their leaders, both
clergy and lay leaders. We believe that skilled,
competent, committed leaders, who are persons of
character, do make a difference. We also know that
congregational leadership is tough, demanding, and
ever-changing. We want to do everything we can to
support, strengthen, and fund leaders for their work.

The
Congregational Leadership Northwest has a regional focus and
identity. We serve congregations and clergy in the
Pacific Northwest, from Northern California to British
Columbia. While most of our events and seminars are
located in the Seattle area, we are available to present
events elsewhere in the region. While the
Northwest has much in common with other regions of North
America, the Pacific Northwest is also different. We
focus on this regional context.
We invite
you to participate in the Congregational Leadership Northwest in

leader, a congregational leader, can be a lonely
